The competition has been open for just over two months now and at this stage there are over 200 songs representing 37 countries. These figures are pretty good, especially considering the lack of any significant marketing budget. On the other hand, there are millions of talented musicians in the world who have not heard anything about the competition. Therefore we hope that everybody who reads this update will spread the word through their own networks. Each new song within existing countries increases competition and each new country increases the international appeal. We are working on this by increasing the number of languages in which the homepage is available.
At the moment we have songs representing the following countries: Angola, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA and Zimbabwe.
